CUPE Local 1317
CUPE Local 1317 represents approximately 1,100 dedicated education workers at the Niagara Catholic District School Board. Our members work across a wide range of roles including custodial and maintenance services, administration, finance, library services, education supports, information technology, and early childhood education.
As the backbone of our schools, CUPE 1317 members play a vital role in creating safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for students across the Niagara region. From classrooms to board offices, our work ensures that schools function effectively and that students receive the care and support they need to succeed.
CUPE Local 1317 represents both permanent and casual employees and is committed to advocating for fair working conditions, strong public services, and quality education.
